Jessica Deepe is a seasoned Human Resources professional and leadership practitioner with more than a decade of experience partnering with leaders and organizations through growth, complexity, and change. She brings a grounded, people-first lens to leadership development, informed by deep expertise in employee relations, labor relations, organizational effectiveness, and adult learning. Jessica has held HR leadership positions in healthcare, financial services, logistics, and nonprofit environments.

In addition to her HR leadership work, Jessica is a certified SHRM-CP and holds multiple assessment and leadership development credentials, including Hogan Level 1 & 2, Predictive Index Practitioner, and formal training in compensation studies. She is also a beaded Wood Badger and has staffed two Wood Badge courses — Scouting America’s premier adult leadership development program — gaining extensive experience facilitating immersive, values-driven leadership education focused on servant leadership, team dynamics, ethical decision-making, and authentic communication.

As a co-founder and leadership partner at Tell It Like It Is Consulting, she approaches her work with a blend of professional rigor and human authenticity, helping leaders navigate difficult conversations, build trust, and lead with clarity. Jessica is known for her calm presence, sharp insight, and ability to meet leaders where they are while challenging them to grow.

Vincent Murphy

Vincent Murphy

Vincent Murphy is a veteran ERP consultant, technology leader, and values-driven executive with more than 25 years of experience helping organizations navigate complex business and systems change. His career spans manufacturing, aerospace, healthcare, logistics, and professional services, where he has worked at every level of ERP adoption — from hands-on implementation and technical architecture to executive advisory and large-scale transformation leadership.

Vincent’s professional journey is unconventional by design. He began his career outside of formal IT, rising from operational and administrative roles into ERP leadership through deep curiosity, self-directed learning, and an uncommon ability to connect business process with technical systems. He was a core team member on an early Baan IV implementation and went on to lead enterprise ERP environments, build custom integrations, and guide organizations through growth, consolidation, and modernization.

Over time, Vincent became known not just for technical expertise, but for leadership. For more than a decade, he led consulting teams within national firms, earning a reputation for loyalty, trust, and cultural leadership. Clients and colleagues consistently describe him as a steady presence during high-stakes initiatives — someone who tells the truth, protects his teams, and refuses to sacrifice people for short-term results.

At Tell It Like It Is Consulting, Vincent brings this philosophy to life. His work blends ERP strategy, implementation, and advisory services with a deep focus on leadership, ethics, and organizational health. He believes that systems fail most often not because of software, but because trust erodes, communication breaks down, and leaders stop telling the truth. His approach emphasizes meeting clients where they are, understanding their realities, and guiding them forward with clarity and respect.

Vincent is also a speaker and facilitator, drawing on storytelling, lived experience, and a background in performance to engage audiences in conversations about leadership, integrity, and responsibility. He is known for bringing authenticity and humanity into spaces where they are often missing — whether that’s a boardroom, a project war room, or a leadership retreat.

He founded Tell It Like It Is Consulting to build something different: a firm grounded in technical excellence, ethical leadership, and genuine care for people. One that believes long-term success is built not just on good systems, but on trust, courage, and the willingness to tell the truth — especially when it’s hard.
