Jessica Deepe is a seasoned Human Resources professional and leadership practitioner with more than a decade of experience partnering with leaders and organizations through growth, complexity, and change. She brings a grounded, people-first lens to leadership development, informed by deep expertise in employee relations, labor relations, organizational effectiveness, and adult learning. Jessica has held HR leadership positions in healthcare, financial services, logistics, and nonprofit environments.
In addition to her HR leadership work, Jessica is a certified SHRM-CP and holds multiple assessment and leadership development credentials, including Hogan Level 1 & 2, Predictive Index Practitioner, and formal training in compensation studies. She is also a beaded Wood Badger and has staffed two Wood Badge courses — Scouting America’s premier adult leadership development program — gaining extensive experience facilitating immersive, values-driven leadership education focused on servant leadership, team dynamics, ethical decision-making, and authentic communication.
As a co-founder and leadership partner at Tell It Like It Is Consulting, she approaches her work with a blend of professional rigor and human authenticity, helping leaders navigate difficult conversations, build trust, and lead with clarity.
